An Angle is one creative concept in active production — a distinct idea, message or format we’re testing for you. Every Angle ships as a complete package: a main cut plus testing variants (alternate hooks, openings and thumbnails), captions, and exports in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9. It’s not one video — it’s a testable creative system.

Each production cycle delivers a platform-ready Angle package within 48–72 hours of brief approval. That includes the main cut, testing variants, captions and all three aspect ratios — named cleanly and ready to upload to your ad manager.

Starter runs 1 active Angle, Core runs 2, and Performance Lab runs 3 with a prioritized backlog. Note: on Core and Performance Lab, active Angles pause while a Studio-Grade Production is being made — see the Studio-Grade section below.

Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed), TikTok, and YouTube including Shorts. Snapchat and X are available on request, and broadcast-grade masters are delivered with Studio-Grade Productions.

On Starter, you write the brief and script and we handle production. On Core and Performance Lab, our team writes the briefs and scripts for you — though you can still supply your own whenever you prefer.

Yes. We produce UGC-style, hyper-real, 3D/animation and clean UI-demo formats, chosen for your audience and objective. Every output is human-curated against your brand guidelines before delivery.

A full studio piece — brand films, broadcast spots or campaign photography with complete direction, post-production and sound design, like the work in The Films section. These are bigger builds than performance Angles and typically take 2–3 weeks to produce.

Core includes 1 per month and Performance Lab includes 2 per month. Starter does not include Studio-Grade Productions, and Enterprise gets them on demand under a custom contract.

No — this is important. While a Studio-Grade Production is in production, your plan’s active performance Angles are paused; the two never run in parallel. Once the production is delivered, your Angles resume exactly where they left off.

No. Studio-Grade allocations are use-it-or-lose-it within each monthly cycle and do not accumulate. If you need more than your plan includes, additional productions are quoted separately.

You can cancel or reschedule any time before the storyboard is approved. Once the storyboard is approved and production begins, the production is committed and no refund is available for it.

Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full 12 months. All payments are in USD and processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Annual billing gives you 15% off, billed upfront for 12 months. Canceling an annual plan stops the next renewal but does not refund the remaining term — your service continues until the annual period ends.

Email hello@adwizards.ai with the subject line “Cancellation Request” — we confirm within 1 business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep full access to the service until the paid period ends.

You retain access and deliveries through the end of the period you’ve already paid for; nothing stops mid-cycle. There are no partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period.

A full refund is available only if you cancel before we begin production on your current cycle’s brief. If we miss an agreed delivery deadline, we credit the affected cycle and prioritize redelivery — deadline misses are not grounds for a cash refund. Once a first draft has been delivered, no refunds apply — revisions are included instead. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Every deliverable passes quality control for spelling, logo and brand compliance, legal copy, platform safe zones and export specs. If a QC issue slips through, we replace the affected deliverable within 48 hours at no cost — a replacement guarantee, not a refund.

No — nobody honestly can. We guarantee delivery timelines and production quality, but CTR, conversions and ROAS depend on targeting, budget and market conditions outside our control. Performance results are never grounds for a refund.

Yes — it’s a core part of what we do. We produce white-label work under your agency’s name, with custom SLAs, on-demand Studio-Grade Productions and tailor-made pipelines under a negotiated contract. Your clients never need to know we exist.

You do, with full commercial usage rights on all delivered assets upon payment. We deliver MP4s in clean, clearly named folders, with source files available on request at no extra charge. We may feature work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Yes. Confidentiality is standard in our Terms of Service — your briefs, business information and assets are never shared. We’ll sign your NDA on request, and Enterprise and agency engagements always run on a negotiated contract.
