Summary: We stand behind our work. If we fail to deliver on our promises, we'll make it
right. Our QC Guarantee means we replace any deliverable with quality issues within 48 hours at no
additional cost.
1. Sprint Plans (One-Time Projects)
Before Work Begins
Full refund available if you cancel before we begin production on your brief.
After First Draft Delivery
No refunds are available once the first draft has been delivered. At this point, significant creative work
has been completed on your behalf.
Delivery Guarantee
If we fail to deliver your Sprint within the agreed timeframe (48-72 hours from brief approval), you are
entitled to a full refund.

2. Monthly Subscriptions
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You retain access to all services until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, email us at hello@adwizards.ai with the
subject line "Cancellation Request". We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide
a refund for the remaining term. Service continues until the annual period ends.
TV Ads (Performance Lab Only)
Important: TV Ads are a premium feature available exclusively on the
Performance Lab plan. They are not included in Sprint or Subscription plans.
- Limit: 1 (one) TV Ad per month is included in the Performance Lab plan
- Production Time: TV Ads require 2-3 weeks for production due to their cinematic nature
- Additional TV Ads: Any TV Ads beyond the monthly limit must be quoted separately
- Refunds: Once TV Ad production has started (storyboard approved), no refunds are
available
- Unused Allowance: TV Ad credits do not roll over to the next month
3. QC Guarantee (Quality Control)
Our Promise: Every deliverable goes through strict quality control before delivery. If
something slips through, we fix it fast.
We check every ad for:
- Spelling and grammar accuracy
- Correct logo usage and brand compliance
- Proper legal copy and required disclaimers
- Platform-specific safe zones
- Export quality and file specifications
If we miss something: We will replace the affected deliverable within 48 hours at absolutely
no cost to you. This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund—because we want to deliver work you can
actually use.
4. What We Don't Refund
- Ad Performance: We do not guarantee specific results (CTR, conversions, ROAS). Creative
performance depends on many factors outside our control including targeting, budget, and market
conditions.
- Platform Rejections: If an ad is rejected due to content you provided or your
industry's specific restrictions, this is not grounds for a refund.
- Delays Caused by You: If project timelines extend due to delayed feedback or asset
delivery on your end, our delivery guarantee does not apply.
- Change of Mind: We cannot refund completed work simply because you changed direction or
no longer need the ads.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy:
- Email hello@adwizards.ai with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your order/invoice number
- Explain the reason for your request
- We will respond within 1 business day
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated
"Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated
policy.
